All published reviews correspond to verified Grand Angle traveler comments, sent since October 15, 2018, the launch date of this site.
Upon returning from trips, our guests are invited by e-mail to answer a detailed survey to evaluate Grand Angle's services and report on their impressions, satisfaction and/or constructive feedbeack of their trip.
This feedback is essential for the Grand Angle team; it enables us to constantly improve the quality of our services and adapt our tours to our customers' desires: a tour is not something that should be set in stone, it must constantly evolve to meet higher expectations as closely as possible!
Satisfaction surveys, ratings and passenger reviews
At Grand Angle, guest opinions and feedback are very important to us, so that we can confirm the quality of our services and effectively identify areas for improvement.
That's why we invite all guests to complete a satisfaction survey about their entire Grand Angle experience, from the moment they booked their trip to the moment they return. By completing this questionnaire, travelers have the opportunity to publish a review that will be visible on the trip page of our website. Your feedback also helps other travelers choose the trip that suits them best. By indicating whether they are satisfied, our customers also contribute to rating the holiday according to the following scale:

- All reviews that comply with our charter for traveler reviews below will be published on the page of the trip reviewed, once 3 or more reviews on the same trip have been received.
- If your review concerns a trip to which we have subsequently made significant changes to the program or the conditions of the trip, we reserve the right to withdraw past reviews, provided that it relates to the aspects of the trip that have been modified.
- Grand Angle may provide clarifications and answers to traveler reviews.
Charter of Traveler Reviews
If reviews comply with the following rules, it will be published on our website:
- Reviews must comply with current French legislation.
- Reviews must not contain any discriminatory, abusive, violent or obscene comments (no defamatory, abusive, offensive or aggressive comments, or comments written in capital letters, or inappropriate comments about other travelers, etc.).
- Reviews must come from travelers who have personally participated on the trip being reviewed and directly interacted with our staff and services.
- Reviews must not contain any personal data.
Please Note: Each traveler review that is published is the property of Grand Angle SAS. The author therefore waives all rights.
