How to book a tour!

Choose your trip and departure, complete your booking and let our team check the arrangements. These are the main steps for booking with Grand Angle Tours.

Guided and self-guided trips

On a guided tour, choose one of the departure dates displayed on the trip page. For a self-guided tour, select your preferred departure within the dates offered. Read the itinerary, inclusions and conditions before booking.

Click the booking button, sign in or create your traveller account, then follow the booking steps to enter the participants, options and payment information. Special requests remain subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

For a trip exclusively for your group, use our private trip request. To adapt an itinerary or create a new one, request a tailor-made quote. Your adviser will provide the booking instructions for the agreed proposal.

Deposit, balance and payment

The amount due and the available payment methods are shown during booking.

• More than 60 days before departure: a 30% deposit is due when booking; the balance is due no later than 60 days before departure.
• For cruises and trips with boat accommodation, the deposit is 60%.
• At 60 days or less before departure, the full trip price is due when booking.

Tailor-made proposals and flights may have specific payment conditions. The deposit, balance date and any special conditions are described in our conditions of sale and your proposal. Our secure payment page explains online card payments.

Confirmation and travel documents

You receive an acknowledgement of your request. Our team checks availability and confirms the arrangements, or contacts you about alternatives. An acknowledgement alone is not confirmation of all requested services.

Your invoice and booking information are available in your traveller account. Before departure, read your travel documents carefully: they contain the meeting point, useful contacts and the practical information for your itinerary. Our trip details explain what to expect.

Questions when booking

If you cannot find an email from us, check your spam folder. If you have a gift card, a special request or a question about your payment, contact our team. Have your booking reference ready so we can help you.
