Grand Angle is a tour operator specializing in guided and self-guided hiking, biking and snow tours throughout France, Europe.

Grand Angle was founded in 1983 by a couple with a passion for nature, travel, and the outdoors. Over the decades, the range of trips on offer has expanded, as has the agency itself. However, Grand Angle remains a family-run, independent agency, true to its values and passions. Its base, in the heart of the Vercors region of the Alps, is the perfect match for the trips it offers!

At Grand Angle, a dozen travel experts welcome you at the agency or by telephone. Each member of the team knows his or her destinations and can advise you on your travel desires.

In the autumn of 1983, Grand Angle was born, with the sole aim of enabling founders Jean Claude Praire and Anne-Marie Billault to live out their professional passions (mountains, travel, nature and the outdoors) and love, while remaining based in the Vercors. Grand Angle's history, activities and destinations have always been in line with our passions and our vision of travel.

Grand Angle is committed to sustainable and responsible tourism. Our priority is to limit our carbon footprint by offering trips in France and Europe that are accessible by train or carpooling to reduce the environmental impact of travel.

Our itineraries, on foot or by bike, allow for total immersion in nature and landscapes, while promoting gentle, respectful exploration of the regions we cross. At Grand Angle, every trip is designed to offer an enriching experience while preserving the territories we visit.
