Communication with the payment page is encrypted through HTTPS. Depending on the transaction, your bank may request 3D Secure authentication, for example in its banking app. Follow the instructions shown to authorise your payment.

If your payment does not go through

Check your booking and payment status in your traveller account. If you are unsure whether a transaction succeeded, contact our team before trying again. Do not send card details by email.
