How do I register for a trip?
Please Note! Can't see our emails? Check your junk mail box! To make sure you receive our e-mails directly in your main mailbox, and that the images are displayed correctly, we advise you to set our e-mails to "non-spam" and to add our e-mail addresses to your address book.
On a guided tour
1- Go to the guided tour page of your choice.
2- Departures for guided tours are on fixed dates. Choose the date that suits you best, then click on "Book" to the right of it.
3- Log in or create your account
4- Follow the 4-step registration process.
On a self-guided tour
1- Go to the self-guided tour page of your choice.
2- Departures for self-guided tours are available in specific seasons. Choose the date within the specific season that suits you best, then click on "Book" to the right of it.

On a guided tour for groups
► Go to the guided tours for groups page and choose the Grand Angle tour page designed exclusively for groups of your choice,
► or, privatize an existing trip of your choice, on the date of your choice,

Payment Terms
- For registration more than 60 days before departure: Deposit payment upon registration, then balance 60 days before departure (Deposit = 30% of the cost of the trip + insurance + registration fees).
- For bookings made 60 days or less before departure: Full payment upon registration

Please Note! All "chartered" flights must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

- Paper vacation vouchers (accepted for all trips in France and the European Union)
- e-connect vacation vouchers (accepted for all travel in France and the European Union)

- Cash (payment only in agency, up to a limit of €1,000.00 per travel purchase)

Confirmation and Next Steps
I have booked a guided tour, what happens next?
1- Your registration is recorded; you receive an acknowledgement of receipt. If there are flights, the confirmation of your registration may be linked to a reconfirmation on our part. For any special request (single room, a plane ticket, provincial departure...): we will get back to you quickly to validate it or make you a price proposal.
2- A few days later, you receive your travel invoice (also available in your traveler area).
3- You automatically receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the trip is insured.
4- 30 days before your tour's departure, you pay the final balance of your trip (if you forget, you will receive an automatic reminder).
5- After final payment of the balance of your invoice, and approximately 15 days before departure: you receive a summons specifying the date, time and place of meeting place for your tour, the guide's contact details, the emergency telephone number, etc.
If Grand Angle is unfortunate enough to cancel the trip, you will be notified no later than 21 days before departure. You can choose between a change of dates or destination, or an outright refund.
I have booked a self-guided tour, what happens next?
1- Your application is registered; you receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Your file is immediately processed. Within 2 to 3 (working) days, the person in charge of your application will contact you to confirm the booking or suggest any necessary changes or other alternatives (dates, itinerary, etc...). In the latter case, you are free to accept or decline. If you refuse, the booking will be cancelled and Grand Angle will refund any sums paid. Otherwise, your reservation is confirmed.
2- A few days later, you receive your invoice (also available in your traveler area).
3- 30 days before your tour's departure, you pay the final balance of your trip (if you forget, you will receive an automatic reminder).
4- Between 30 and 15 days before departure, and after final payment of the balance of your invoice, you receive your travel packet/file, with the necessary information and documents. Sometimes, some of the technical documents can be collected on arrival. Check your documents as soon as you receive them, and come back to us if you have any questions or need clarification.
FAQ
Your bank wants to secure your remote payment, so follow their instructions and repeat your transaction. Don't worry, you won't be charged twice. If your payment is still refused, contact us - we're here to help you and can make your payment over the phone (secure remote payment).
On the GRAND ANGLE home page, click on the "My account" button in the top right-hand corner, then enter your username or simply your e-mail address, and finally the password you've created. If you've forgotten your password, then click on "Request a new password"; an automatic e-mail will be sent to your inbox inviting you to reset it (please remember to check that this e-mail hasn't slipped into your spam folder. If it has, don't forget to mark it as "non-spam"). Once you have logged in to your traveler account, you will be able to access the details of your trip and the documents at your disposal.

Connect to your online "communal account"; your account will become your means of payment on the Grand Angle website, allowing you to purchase all or part of the trip of your choice.
Send us an e-mail straight away, or call us at +33 04 76 95 23 00. In general, this is not a problem if the trip does not include a plane ticket.
For travel without a plane ticket, you can use any name you like; for all plane tickets or travel with a plane ticket, use your last name and first name, as they appear on your passport.
